Spring Heath Residence

CLIENT: PRIVATE CLIENT
DETAILS: INTERIOR DESIGN

At the heart of the Spring Heath Residence is a singular, scene-setting element: the “Tectonic Fields” wallpaper, custom-designed by HUXHUX Design Inc. More than just a decorative feature, this bespoke wallcovering defines the home’s identity, establishing a visual and conceptual anchor that shapes every experience within the space.

Our process began with in-depth conversations to understand the client’s lifestyle and aspirations. We discovered a desire for a home that felt both serene and expressive—one that would serve as a daily retreat and a canvas for personal storytelling. This led to the creation of “Tectonic Fields,” a wallpaper inspired by organic forms and geological patterns, rendered with tactile depth and subtle color gradients. The architectural tectonic forms overlap and mirror into a decorative landscape, with a pattern that mimics traditional block printing techniques while maintaining a detail that is clearly digital and current. Lighting was carefully layered to highlight the wallpaper’s dimensionality and dynamic color changes from the silver mylar material.

The result is a residence where every detail is intentional and every surface tells a story. For the homeowners, the transformation was profound—the custom wallpaper became a daily source of inspiration and comfort, and the design as a whole supports both relaxation and personal expression.
