The Normandy Beach House is a relaxed, family-oriented retreat shaped by coastal living. Designed for a returning client, the project transforms a seasonal home in Normandy Shores into a year-round residence that balances comfort, function, and a refined sense of ease.

Our approach focused on improving flow and creating spaces that support gathering, downtime, and entertaining. The layout was reworked to open up connections between rooms, allowing natural light and ocean views to carry throughout the home. Each space is oriented toward the core family activities of weekend visits and multi-generational use. Flexible furnishings and coastal-inspired materials bring the outdoors in, extending the surrounding landscape into the interiors.

A palette of sun-washed neutrals, soft blues, hand-painted wallcoverings and natural textures reinforces the coastal setting. Finishes were selected for durability, ensuring the home performs just as well during lively summer weekends as it does in quieter winter months.

The Normandy Beach House reflects our approach to residential design, creating homes that feel grounded in place, supportive of family life, and comfortable in every season.
