HUXHUX Design Inc. was engaged by Long Weekend Hospitality Group for the full renovation and repositioning of The Seagate Hotel & Spa in Delray Beach, Florida. Our work focused on reimagining the property’s Wellness Center including the spa, fitness facilities, pool deck, and poolside food and beverage experience.

A beloved destination since the 1930s, The Seagate holds a special place in the Delray Beach community. Our design approach centered on honoring the heritage of this iconic resort while introducing a fresh, modern sensibility. The spa retail area was designed with soft, neutral textures including grasscloth, travertine, matte green tile, and warm wood tones, creating a calm, inviting atmosphere. Treatment rooms were redesigned to flex for a range of experiences, from massage and sauna therapies to couples sessions. The fitness center, overlooking the lush pool landscape, received a full transformation along with a dedicated yoga studio to round out the wellness offering. The wellness journey continues outdoors, where we envisioned an elevated poolside environment featuring new amenity spaces and an updated food and beverage program. Additionally, we redesigned the ground floor cafe off the main lobby to serve breakfast and lunch in a light, welcoming setting.

This project reflects our commitment to thoughtful, performance driven hospitality design, celebrating an iconic brand while shaping a renewed wellness focused experience for its next chapter.
