Set on a coveted stretch of Great Jones Street in the heart of NoHo, this Good American showroom is housed within a classic New York loft building rich with architectural character. Exposed rafters and original chevron wood floors ground the space in the neighborhood’s industrial past, creating a backdrop that feels both storied and distinctly downtown.

Our design approach honored the building’s history while introducing a modern point of view inspired by the Good American downtown girl, confident, polished, and effortlessly cool. The scope centered on targeted architectural refinements, thoughtful lighting enhancements, and curated furnishings designed to support showroom operations, buyer meetings, and immersive brand storytelling. Each intervention was intentionally restrained, allowing the integrity of the original space to remain front and center while subtly elevating it for contemporary use.

The result is a refined yet approachable showroom that feels unmistakably New York, where heritage architecture and Good American’s modern identity coexist seamlessly.
